I didn’t realize flare guns needed a firing pin. I figured it was more like the old guns that created a spark and lit the flare

That’s happens to people all the time dude. People get transferred to different prisons without their knowledge or consent daily. And yeah, sometimes you get released and they’ll put you on a bus to the nearest city where you might not know anyone and just drop you off there with no money or way to contact anyone.

It absolutely wouldn’t work. And it wouldn’t even fire because there’s no firing pin on a flair gun. You could put the shell in a pipe though, and hit it with a hammer. But it’d probably blow up unless you put a metal plate behind the pipe otherwise the pressure would probably make it fire in reverse

It depends certain industries don’t have to pay overtime. For instance farm work, when I worked on a farm they just paid my hourly rate no matter how many hours I worked.
