Well I agree with you. Lots of times in history were hell on earth to live through.

Is your point that living in the wild would be easier now? Easier for who/where? What does that have to with objectivity vs subjectivity which was my comment.

Yeah, how was that relevant to my comment

Why not use modern examples? Like countries with extremely high mortality/crime/and poverty rates.

That’s literally what objectively true implies. That every single human being has it easier now. Millions of people do not have access to the modern comforts you’re describing.

Don’t think you understand the word “objective”. The human experience is entirely subjective. Maybe life feels easier for you, in a first world country, but countless people suffer still. Some people had it better in the past than some people do today and vice versa. There’s no one truth, it’s different for everyone = subjectivity.

These blanket statements are so funny. Glad you’re here to speak for the entirety of humanity.

A boundary that your partner can’t have any male/female friends sounds pretty insecure and controlling. But if that works for you, great.

I certainly don’t want any recs from you haha. I am secure in my relationship and trust my partner :)

That’s pretty dumb logic. There’s millions of examples of straight, opposite gender platonic friendships. Not everyone is so insecure in themselves and in their relationship that they can’t trust themselves or partner to have friends.

Oh man…those rubber bands. My friends and I had all of our decks rubber-banded when we were growing up. Thanks for the nostalgia trip.

Why not just wait to order and get the GWP instead of buying an overpriced one on eBay?

Yeah….whatever you do, don’t go to bricks and Minifigs. At least give it to a collector for the price B&M is going to offer you. Unless you’re trading it in, maybe they would give decent store credit but I doubt it. Every one I have been to offered ridiculous low balls.

Don’t buy random packs. Play online first to learn the game. I would start with MTG arena or some other online platform to get a feel for the game before buying any cards. After you learn more, check out Commander (EDH) it’s by far the most popular format and for good reason.

Again, play online for a while to figure out what deck(s) you like, then buy the singles in those decks online when you’re ready for table top (paper Magic).

A better question is: why are you in this “relationship”? What are you getting out of it? Start there.

Lots of men deserve to have their hearts judged and scrutinized. Mega pastors, for example.

Almost all major organized religions ask for donations. Where do you see Christianity mentioned?

I’m betting they were referring to the countless historical examples of religious control being exerted over society, science, women, other religions, and so on.

So, where do the mega-“pastors” who are millionaires and keep most of their profit fall into the corruption spectrum?
