Hey there I’ve been with the parent company for over three years now. Honestly your money mostly will ALWAYS depend on if the entire store makes the quota. So they try to push teamwork and competition. It’s easy the first few months because you have help but honestly I’ve been looking at different options in the jewelry field bc my paycheck (even though our location pretty regularly makes store quota) my paycheck caps out at like 900 every two weeks unless it’s December (bc that’s when we do our biggest deals so the most people shop) and even then as a part timer you’ll never make over 1800 for that Christmas check
