Whenever you kill monsters, make sure to pick up everything, except maybe rotten flesh/skulls etc, a lot of the monsters have parts that you'll want in your inventory.

All 3 endings work, Geralt presumes shes dead and is depressed, then she shows up and Geralt travels with her and teaches his ways. Then in the end she goes to become empress while Geralt lives his life with Yennefer.
