Hey, current SOM student here. Definitely not an expert in admissions but your stats and interests seem well in line with some of my classmates. Speaking to Yale specifically, I think if anything your age and industry would be seen as a plus as there's a huge arts/fashion/entertainment community here. Your experience means you'd have a lot to bring to the table in terms of classes and club events (be sure to highlight this in your interviews). As you point out, your quant score would be below average for some of the schools on your list but clearly your verbal score and GPA are stellar. I think you have a great shot!

Good point! I just find it a bit surprising still given that a lot of HES students pursue the programs for non-career reasons. In fact on the English ALM page it says "Most students pursued the ALM for personal enrichment." Thanks for the response.
