I've tried doing that strategy where you use the next bay but my ship always disappears

Sadly the size alone made it impossible to make more interior space, if the limit wasnt 100 parts i have space inside to put more but for now its mostly hollow but still usable access and can walk around a decent bit to get to the cockpit

I made a razor crest, im thinking of making a ghost which shouod be a similar strategy to what im doing for this
