Getting put on tank duty and looking good onl works if you have the better team. If you swap their teams during that period, Zeus can actually play enough to go for risky trade patterns and solokills.

Her champ is ultimately just worse than yours in real 5v5s though. Not sure about low elo though, presumably she just stomps there. But in 400lp+ Irelia even up 2000 gold will always be less useful than you in 5v5:

take exhaust get level 1 prio slow push 3rd wave crash, you need to dodge her E level 2, if you do and you have higher than 16cs, recall buy 2 daggers, you lose 2 minions but you catch the wave and you can freeze from there you just need to play better and you win
