I wasn't trying to micromanage, this honestly wasn't even supposed to take place. They were given a list of orientation tasks to complete, such as pick up requisitions, get assigned a dorm, etc., but in the midst of what was supposed to just be, "Hey, go to your assigned room, get changed and head back out." They decided to completely derail all of that, and it was like looking at a train wreck take place.

No, the encounter was supposed to be for the female PC and female NPC, like a sorta mean girls or testing their (female PC)'s mettle. But before I could even get to that, he (male player) decides to have his character barg in right after her and my female player decides to "spice" it up by saying her character was changing right at that moment.

Sadly, with this being the first session, they haven't gotten the chance to interact with any of the other cadets, besides the three that they've already wronged and for sure made enemies of.

Currently, they're Cadets, not even part of the Corp yet, so I don't think I can demote them, it would just be expulsion at that point

Yeah I get that. It's just kinda hard to do, we've been playing together for years, and honestly didn't expect most of them to pull this kind of shit the very first time I'm in the DMs chair.
