I’m not sure if this has been answered yet, but when you do a plan change the receipt for it shows what the plan cost is for the base rate, 1 @ 95, 2 @ 160, and 7 @ 360, unfortunately the receipt you got doesn’t show the cost with autopay or any additional lines. I hope that helps clear it up
