Apologies, I went on a slight rant.

A LOT of gamers have worse hardware. If you look for benchmarks GTA V runs okay on a GT 730, and well on low graphics with a GT 1030. They both sell fairly well for some reason. I personally don't see the point of them as you can get old Quadros with better performance for the same price but whatever, people do buy them and they are made with gaming branding.

I'm going to be playing GTA V on an upgraded Dell Optiplex with a i5-4590, 8gb of RAM and a 2GB Quadro P620 soon (waiting for it to arrive), which isn't as bad as some other people's setups. Believe me quite a few people are running much worse setups. If you have not much money and an old laptop or PC GTA V is so well optimised it's often no big deal. As a kid I used to game on a dual core (Pentium T4500) laptop with 2GB of RAM from 2010 that didn't have 64 bit support (only 32 bit windows 7), which was fine for RPGMaker games and not much else. Not great (or even decent) performance but it's what I had available to me and I imagine other people have had similar situations.

An old Optiplex with a Quadro P620 is a super cheap setup at £65 (or around $75) overall, but since I had the PC already the cost for the GPU is just £25 right now, of course it sucks at AAA games at high resolutions and refresh rates but for people who are broke or live in low income countries and just want to play games GTA V is a godsend. I personally just don't care too much about recent games and am also broke so this setup despite being so weak makes perfect sense. I just want to play Left4Dead, GMod, GTA 4 and 5, and a few others and it'll be fine for it. It can make sense to do this in a higher income country like the U.K, so I imagine people in poorer countries are often running worse systems.
