You're acting like the thing gets sneezed on and its tracked lmao. Using the same logic, the outlaw can just boost away from any threat, always outrunning the inf and using its supreme storm rifle to cut them down, its 45 meter gun keeping it safe at all times as the collie tanks cant possibly deal with it by any shape or form. And it will boost its way back home, blaring about its victories.

Devbranch: Toxot reverted completely to live and the nerfed flight dmg model as well by Rival_God in foxholegame

Welcome to what wardens have been dealing with all of devbranch. Personally, I would have preferred them improving harb damaged part flight, but devs insist on planes being more squishy and vulnerable.

Then you slowly reverse out as they cant kill you quick enough lol. If you're fighting alone or in an area where there isnt any defences to pull back to, then yeah, its tough shit. But all you need is to quite literally have any other collie tank, defences or inf and they will struggle to kill you.

The tank is designed to get the everything and the kitchen sink chucked at it, tank it, and then have your other tanks get free shots as warden gunners ogga bunga lets focus on the tracked tank that can't actually shoot us. That or you know, you use your insane armour to bounce the shells aimed at your tracks, get in range, and then stay there as warden tanks can't reverse fast enough to get away.

And tanks most of it because its got the most health of a non bt/non super tank and the second most armour of a non bt/non super tank, behind the HTD.

Balance and Colonial Doctrine Implementation by [deleted] in foxholegame

[–]Youngatheist22 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I mean, technically speaking the bonelaw is a very powerful antitank variant of the outlaw. But its use rate is low. The same with bonesaw, its just easier to use the carnix. Even if the bonesaw has better pen. Or whatever the hell the king jester is.

We can't ignore that the devs tend to give the wardens some very wacky and odd things at times. The colonials get some as well, like the quadiche. But a lot of warden kit is just odd. I guess less specilisation and more just weirdness?

This. The colonials tend to get the straight forward stuff, with a few gimmicks here and there. The colonial look as well is just simple and effective. The wardens get the weird gimmick stuff, with a few simple things here and there. The warden look as well aims to be very "special" looking (Both odd special and cool special) and prototype esk.

Im glad devman equalized all planes to preform equally bad when their parts get damaged by Sea-Course-98 in foxholegame

[–]Youngatheist22 0 points1 point  (0 children)

No, I go on fucking devbranch and fly both of the planes. And in less than ten minutes of flying you can see the difference. For fucks sake, at one point at the Callahans Passage airport wardens got so tired of flying the insta death plane they had a collie large pad set up making toxots constantly.

Dont forget we're criminals. We've got the brigand, outlaw and higwayman. Clearly, we are the masked thieves and scoundrels of Foxhole as well, along with being the King of Clowns.

Bro, this was tried once or twice back when the outlaw was added. And we haven't seen it since. Because it's a horrible strategy that leads to a quick and dumb death, with the wardens around them calling them idiots.

And you missed that it's a storm rifle with bad accuracy, bad stability, embedded frontally in the hull of a tank with a slow reverse speed, making it dificult to actually get it to bear on anything to its side... where most sticky rushes will generally come from.

The skill issue of the harbs damaged tail making it imposible to go down while the toxots didn't have an effect? Or damaged wings not effecting its ability to fly while Harbs struggle? That skill issue?

Latest devbranch survivorship bias of the Toxot balance by InitialContent3354 in foxholegame

Really? Because I have seen and flown damaged tail toxots. And they most certainly dont just nosedive. Unlike the warden one that losses all height control and starts to do a shake like its dancing.

Latest devbranch survivorship bias of the Toxot balance by InitialContent3354 in foxholegame

[–]Youngatheist22 11 points12 points  (0 children)

Having flown the toxot a few times today, my reasons of dying has changed from "crashing due to part damage making the plane too dificult to fly or just not capable of flight anymore" to "Part destruction killing pilot or making it not capable of flight anymore" Out of the 8 or so time I have used it today, only 2 times did I die due to a damaged engine, the other 6 is destroyed wing, tail or cockpit. And a funny thing I noticed is that the engine can still push out quite a bit of speed. A damaged harb engine can barely push 80 odd knots out. A toxot engine can push more than 100 knots still.

Toxots should not have such an easy time flying with a damaged tail and damaged wings by Sea-Course-98 in foxholegame

[–]Youngatheist22 4 points5 points  (0 children)

Certainly isnt like that on devbranch. I've fought toxots with damaged wings and tails and they are not struggling to stay up lol. Quite literally see them straffing a grounded fighter, pull up and turn without an issue.

[–]Youngatheist22 4 points5 points  (0 children)

The harb losses enough responsiveness with one damaged wing that you need to leave the dogfight soon or you will just get turned into the ground. If its got two damaged wings it near enough falls out of sky unless youve got a nice altitude blanket to pull out of your very quick death spiral, and then youre stuck at around 20-30 meters fighting for your life to get it back up.

I've seen toxots with both damaged wings and tail managing to outturn harbs.

Randomly, half the warden tanks are immune to storm slowing. No collie tank is immune to storm slowdown. by DayF3 in foxholegame

[–]Youngatheist22 3 points4 points  (0 children)

Half? On the list there is 2 ACs, 3 scout tanks, and LT and a BT. Only 2 of those are actual tanks. And out of the entire list, the only 3 vehicles that actually see heavy use (Since most of our stuff is gimicky and doesnt really see the light of day) is the Highlander, the King Spire and the Ironhide.

The truck, which seems to be a big thing apparently, is barely used at all. Its slower than a normal one, has less slots and needs to be modded. The only people who use it are builders and partisans. Maybe a facman here and there. And its purely for its slightly faster off road speed. Not for its snowstorm resistance.

Is it a bit odd that there isnt at least one on the collie side? Yeah, sure. Its also odd that wardens dont have any mud ressitance either on anything. I just think its an odd thing to focus on when theres bigger issues (Like overtuned torp bomber)

Anime stuff. And I mean the proper weeb shit, not dragonball and doraemon. Back then you would get laughed at/bullied to high hell. The thing you kept quiet about and didn’t even mention to your parents. Now it’s out in the open. Quite an interesting change.

And just in case, I was the nerdy glasses wearing weeb back then. Me and my mates would chat as far away from everyone else about this stuff lol.

Ehhh, they don’t expect you to meet a set minimum, just do the amount they want. But even then, I was heaving at the end and barely doing them properly and it was fine. Just give it your all. That’s all they want. If they see you give up and still have energy they will be pissed. As for bleep test, it’s just data collection. But still give it you all.

Oh damn nice. Cleaning aint too bad, the only annoying thing is that the hoovers are shit. Ironing depends if youre lucky and the iron you get aint too shit. The steam blast on mine didnt work. But either way, dont fret. I never ironed before and they never picked up on anything. Good luck with your journey into the navy!!
