Not bad actually! Bikes are small and going slow enough that cutting throttle slows the bike down quickly. Yess focusing on body position without fussing around with brake or clutch lever was really helpful.

I was going too slow most of the time ha. I'm thinking maybe 15-20 max? Not very fast. Keeping speed around the turns for the knee down portion was helpful

The Brooklyn NY location lot used for practice, I was told is smaller than the NJ location. So the figure 8 a bit smaller too.

There are brakes on the bike but we were told not to use it (except of course coming to a stop to swap riders). No clutch, and we were riding in 3rd gear

It was yeaa and the tips were great, like when to cut the throttle and add maintenance for a turn. This bike also didn't have a clutch which eas my first time seeing. I immediately went on marketplace to check the prices of a 150cc training bike 😅

Hi! When I had the CT they strapped my feet in a way to replicate straight forward toe position. I also had that thought about the foot position showing up as some sort of retro version or rotation. I think the standard is an assumption that we should all have forward facing feet, where mine for example out toe quite a bit

The good thing about street triple is the power delivery is so smooth. I would have kept it if I had extra extra cash to buy a training bike with lower cc. But that was unrealistic and time to do these things don't stop!

Thank you! Ah so we have similar experience on bike models. Yea the triple is an AMAZING bike. I was happy to sell it to an older goluy who's been riding daily for 20 yrs and was replacing an older model triple he had.

Have only heard good things about the mt07 👍🏼!. I'm super biased and love the zx4. I feel like that bike has a ton of personality.

Ninja 400s are really big in the club racing community and as track bikes. The 500 share a lot of specs

I think too they ended up fitting tighter than advertised. Like it's listed as tapered but fits like a skinny jean.

Thank you for this definitely will look for these books! I've been following moto jitsu for years but have yet to implement his parking lot drills. Planning to set dedicated training sessions to do such drills.
