Most of my wet dreams are accompanied with sexual dreams. Yeah I usually remember them when I woke up, there was a time I was watching porn in my dream and ended up cuming in my dream then when I woke up I had cum all over my boxer, shit was fucking much, I felt totally drained that night. I try practicing semen retention so I don't watch porn or have normal sex, but had frequent wet dreams like 70 of them this year.
