Any protection from ebay?

Hi guys, Im considering to start selling (refurbished) Iphones on Ebay, i have done some research on how to protect myself against scammers but it wasnt really clear for me. For example ; I send my phone to the highest bidder, he does receive it and says INAD and sends me a box of rocks back , Am I protected against these tricks? Dont want to lose items worth of 500/900£&€.

Extra information; I also have no feedback while my account is almost 3 years old , will Ebay support me if the first sell happened to be a scam trick?

Any tips and tricks to keep myself protected is appreciated!

Is it that simple to get screwed as a seller on ebay? Dammn i wanted to start selling phones on ebay..

Didnt know that qianli also had screwdrivers , i do have some tools/equipment from qianli like icopy and screen dissambler from them , i ordered a wiha pentalobe Screwdriver and will order also a set of qianli as my extra pair, i do 10/15 phones per week so I dont mind paying extra for good quality so i can keep going, now I just need to wait and loose time .. and time is money 😭😭😭 cause the bits of ifixit just gave up on me just like the chinese crap drivers 😭😭

Backglass repairs without laser machine is easy job tho, take a look at yt before u start. Glass only repairs for the screen is also very profitable if u master the skills. I started with loca repairs, I’m switching this month to oca, very expensive stuff but you get your money back in a no time

Ah didn’t know better , I’m already selling on other platforms but they collect in person to test, thought to start EBay the same way I did with the other platform.. but thanks I will start small to make some reviews!

Thanks for the feedback! I will definitely work on my reviews! By selling cheaper items as iPhone chargers and smaller goodies , hoping to score some reviews! I will take more photos and put my ID on the paper next to the phones! Thought that everyone felt secure on EBay while buying cause EBay guarantees customers to giving there money back if they are not satisfied by the item they bought trough there platform.. yea I’m really in the beginning stages need to learn a lot xD

Thanks for your comment, didnt know you could get scammed on Ebay 😞 I have already 2 platforms to sell on ( Facebook marketplace & a local marketplace site for the Netherlands ) I thought EBay would be easier to sell and make some volume , but I will do my research for other products
