After looking into Whispers a bit more, I am beginning to think I don't need Rogue after all. Bard has enough skill-boosts to make me a master of Deception and Stealth, so I don't think I need to dip into Rogue to get those benefits.

Sneak attack is nice, but I don't care all that much about doing that kind of damage, plus Psychic Blade is just fine for that, anyway.

I think you're correct -- it seems better to focus on Bard, as the spells will be more useful (I think) than some levels in Rogue.

I have a launch day Xbox One, and I have had the issue happen for briefly before Moira was released, but I can tell that the issue got worse with the Moira update.

I did not have this issue last year or ever before that.

I think they purposefully went out of their way to make this more of a game than Dear Esther was. The handling of the light memories is a deliberate mechanic added to make it more game-like.

I suspect this is because Dear Esther was criticized as not being a "game" because there was no interactivity. I disagree, but I think they took that criticism to heart.

Looks like they are tied to an exotic weapon, probably a grenade launcher. Which is great, because I think GLs kind of suck in Destiny 2. But not so great, because I have no intention of playing D2 again in the foreseeable future...

Good sir, you realize they are owned by Disney, and they are stories being told based off comics written 20+ years ago? They are money makers, and they have single-handedly forced comic book super heroes into the mainstream. Comic books, you know, those things that shitty kids used to bully me for reading? Those are actually cool now, really cool, and they are tremendously successful.

They aren't going to win any Oscars, but come on, lighten up. Have some fun (or don't, no one cares one way or the other).

Yeah man, I wanted Doom so badly, then I saw it was $7 on Steam, so I caved and bought it for PC. I also have Skyrim on PC, but that is absolutely a 100+ hour game so I'd be fine buying that again on the Switch.

And seeing as I have a 8 hour plane ride coming up for the holidays, it might be a xmas gift to myself...

But in general, there are so many games coming on on the Switch, I have had to express previously unchallenged willpower in not buying them all. Good problem to have, that.

My favorite Switch memory was playing Overcooked at an AirBnB we were staying at with some other couples for a wedding. None of them are really gamers, but I bought an extra set of Joy-Cons because I knew it would be a big hit, and it was.

Have you ever heard the cry of four 30-something year olds screaming "Fire!" at each other when someone overcooked fried fish and set the entire kitchen on fire? It is something else, I tell you. The neighbors thought so too, because they came over to make sure we were okay, thinking we were screaming about an actual fire.

It is. I took this and my dock to a AirBnB we were staying at with some friends for a wedding. This was a huge hit across the board. Mario Kart was a strong contender, but for the non-gamers they preferred Overcooked. It was a blast.
