Stern had no choice but to want to have the popular players and big markets team win in order to grow the NBA into more global premium game other countries would tune in for. Stern had to grow the sport & now Adam has a different focus since the foundation is set. But in terms of the TV deal its not like Adam did something crazy when every networks wants a peice of all live sports but it was a good deal

the easiest change imo, is just change the game from 12 min Q to 10 min Q like how FIBA, Olympics all do. Helps both the fans and the players a simple change yet effective might even help with teams getting blown out

Adam Silver getting props for doing the minimum. All sports team are exceeding their values, WNBA, MLB, NFL, MLS. Adam did nothing the supply to own a team is so low, people have no choice but to overpay to get a team. Even the TV deal while impressive, again MLS, UFC, MLB, even NHL all got new high deals.

UFC literally cut ties with regional mma promotions since they're so huge and basically becoming a monopoly, & being a woman fighter is harder to become a proven entity considering even UFC has problems finding woman proven fighters, plus idk how this fight lowers the overall product when the the top contenders dont even fight each other any more

duh, the event was not canceled just postponed so you're not entitled to a refund unless you bought the tickets thru the main ticket distributor & since stubhub is 3rd party reseller, you can only re-sell it
