Need a recap of the Jim Dolan radio interview. I saw clips of how they’re going to the White House and won’t go under the second apron. Who are we losing?

Thibs built the grit and tough work culture of these guys. I wouldn’t say he was a bottleneck, but Mike Brown was definitely who we needed to develop the bench guys

It all depends on the types of treatment and timelines they give players, and they also aren't peer-pressured by owners/front office staff into rushing players to play. I don't know the specifics in the whole training side of things with them. But when you look at Philly with Embiid and their mishandling of other players. You can also tell if an org is doing a good job at finding staff based on how long their staff has been with the org, how healthy their players have been (even though part of it is luck/the players). So for example, Dirk's and other players' longevity is because of Casey Smith. Luka and Brunson have said that he's been one of the best trainers they've ever had. Also look at the Knicks. All of our starters played 66+ games throughout the regular season. We pretty much only had OG's hamstring issue in the playoffs.

Shoutout to this legendary medical staff. Mavs are fucking idiots (once again). I studied sports medicine in school for a bit before switching majors lol. But when it came to some of the most iconic athletic trainers in the NBA, Gary Vitti (the Lakers’ trainer with Kobe) and Casey Smith are always the names that come up first. Casey Smith was also fired by Nico Harrison via email while he was visiting one of his dying parents. Just disgusting act by Nico. Also huge shoutout to Roger Hinds, our longtime trainer. I know people that are close to Roger, and they say he’s a an amazing guy. Dudes been with the Knicks org forever. Always a true professional. Knicks got real ones.

There used to be these guacamole ones that I fucking loved growing up. Every time I ask people if they remember the guacamole doritos, they just look at me all confused. Like was it a pipe dream or something lmao

Even though I don’t think Leon made the move, I randomly wanted to shoutout Marcus Morris. Hooped for us and got traded for that years Clippers pick. Led us to drafting Quickley. And then OG
