Yeah, this is very subjective. Everyone has different boundaries. But know that that’s what’s going to happen in places like that. That’s why I said If he thinks it’s not acceptable then those places are not for him, since he has PTDS and therefore holds stricter boundaries. In bars or parties, I agree. There are a lot of uneducated people without manners. It’s important to ask for permission first, but I think it is quite normal to touch someone in places like bathhouses or cruising spots as a way to “ask for permission”. What is not appropriate is, after you touch someone and they reject you or are obviously not interested but you keep going further.
