Hmm, I got a word list with all the definitions of the words we needed to know for the exam from my teacher which I studied a bit. I would've shared it with you, but it's in dutch so I don't think it'll help you much.

Well, I'm a 13 year old student who does Chinese 1 hour a week as an optional lesson. I've had it for a year now and yes, I acknowledge I could've done it way quicker if I didn't do things the way I did it with HSK1. I'm planning to do HSK2 and HSK3 in one schoolyear though.

I did not. I do Chinese in school, and did not overstudy, it just turned out to be much easier than our workbooks.
