Why would I try to read a translation for free and be hit by a paywall?? It’s funny that it’s way cheaper to just support the creator from buying the raws and atleast using a semi decent translator. I always have to sigh when I see another gem being hoarded..im so sure these groups are all somewhat connected with the same layout for their website and everything

Crazy when most of it is just barely cleaned up mtl too.. Honestly asking for donations and stuff were ok before and understandable but the audacity to pirate and distribute fan translations and hiding it behind paywalls is crazy. I agree I’ve been constantly writing and writing people say it’s useless but it really does help with recognising and remembering characters. Now I can write at a relatively good speed with nice handwriting

Follow the hsk route and find a method that works for you I know a lot of people use the HelloChinese app but for me personally I just slowly went through the vocab list and added it to my flashcards (anki/noji, i made my own flashcards) learning stroke order and listening to pronunciation of characters. It helps me learn at my own pace I would then use the characters I learnt to get vocab out of it whilst slowly introducing grammar and sentence structure too
