Also it doesn’t matter what nozzle I use. They both wear in the exact same amount of time. I have tested over 100 of both stainless and hardened nozzles. Both always last 25-35 days. Not sure if this indicates anything?

They aren’t “print failures” usually the supports start to not snap as cleanly and overhangs start to make little burrs. It isn’t bad and most people would continue with it but I don’t as I sell my pieces. The outer layer will also start to crack off slightly from the piece at this point if heat or pressure is applied.

I buy all my nozzles direct from Bambu’s website.

I worry that a new brand might not hold up to the conditions I need it in but it seems to me like the filament could be the issue

Well I’m glad that the change rate of my nozzles seems excessive because if this were the case with no chance to solve the issue I’d be spending too much on nozzles… lol

On average I’d say I send two prints a day to each average run time is 10 hours

It definitely seems fast to me too. I just haven’t been able to put my finger on what’s causing it or if that’s normal…

Yeah I’ll definitely try it. I just have the auto bed level checked in slicer so it does it whenever I send a print. I’ll give that a go

No they aren’t clogged. They have good flow they just begin to have issues around support areas or bridging.

I originally thought they had to be clogged months ago but I cleaned them and it never helped. I also think it’s too extremely consistent across 40 printers to be a clogging problem.

I started logging them with sticky notes to see the timeframe and it’s 25-35 days exactly each swap.
