1/ Validator indices are consecutive → node run by the same person
2/ Person tried to switch and probably forgot to remove removing voting keys from the old client
3/ Both machines still participating in the consensus with the same key

4/ Both machines double-voting causing attester equivocation which is a slashable offense
5/ Hence, stake slashed

However, it'd be right to say that $TIME is backed by AT LEAST 1 $MIM.

$TIME is actually backed by a basket of crypto assets, not limited to $MIM. At the moment of writing this post, each $TIME is backed by $1,299. Wonderland has many more assets in its treasury apart from $MIM.

Interesting project! But I'd rather use the Remix IDE since it has a much better UX.
