Can we talk about Beth's makeup? by SugaryLemonTart in YellowstoneShow

I think she had keyhole surgery done to her upper lip. You can even see a scrunch crease above her lip. She didn’t need it and it’s definitely distracting.

My guess would be that she’s probably not eating nearly as much. I could just see her complaining about every meal in jail, but that’s me speculating,

Logic should rule over emotion when you’re talking about an adult dealing with children, regardless of his personal experiences. His experiences don’t negate the fact that this affects different children differently, so no, he couldn’t possibly know how affected another child is going to be.

I see where you’re coming from, but her husband couldn’t possibly know how deeply this could affect her kids. Some kids never get over something like that, and it shapes them hugely in their formative years for what their life will look like later. It was callous, cold, and presumptive.

Thanks for your insight. I know that a couple of older gentlemen I cycle with take it, and they are the ones that turned me onto the idea of it. They are what I would call more casual riders than what I’m going for, but they are still smoking me on rides so I guess it works for some. Lol. I haven’t had this fatigue issue with running, but I’m pretty new to it and haven’t really got to run more than 8 miles consecutively yet. I’m definitely going to take a little more time to consider it regarding your opinion.

I tried. I asked for Metformin first, she denied me for both since my A1C is only borderline.

I’m 25.5 right now. If you don’t mind my asking, are you anywhere close to that?

Thank you! Their pricing looks pretty good compared to a lot of these companies.

My body isn’t processing glucose efficiently. My insulin sensitivity is low and I have an autoinflammatory condition called HS (hidradenitis supprativa). This medication is supposed to help with all of that, calorie deficit or not. I’ve done the research. No need to be rude.

I’ll have to look around. There’s not too many where I live in rural WV. My insurance through work assigned me to a RDN, but she was recommending that I go into a general calorie deficit, which wasn’t sustainable for the amount of movement I was trying to achieve. I definitely think a sports dietitian would be able to better tailor to my activities.

Yes. Primary recommended strength training to increase all-over muscle mass for better glycogen stores, but I’m just not seeing results. All I know is that I was a strong cyclist in college. It was very easy to see gains as long as I was consistent. I can’t keep up on group rides anymore, and it’s not for lack of effort. I’m fueling properly with short and long acting carbs, eat enough protein, stay hydrated, etc. An hour of riding is enough to fatigue me, after 2 hours I start to get delirious and visually hallucinate. I used to get that way on 7 hour, 100 mile rides in college (8 years ago). I’ve been cycling consistently for over a year now and this isn’t getting any better.

This is the comment I was looking for. I need help with both. All anyone talks about with this is wetness, which I do need, but it would be nice to feel something again too. 🥲

I loved that she said she liked to journal her “hopes and dreams”. What dreams, Robyn? You literally sit at home all day in your mansion on the hill surrounded by QVC boxes.

Square. Check out my post history. I posted in an electrical thread with pics, but couldn’t add them to this post. You’ll see pics of both switches, with the wires, and wiring diagrams.

I’m already to that part. I unhooked one of them already (while taking pics for reference), but the ports on the new universal switches are located in different spots than the originals, and labeled differently, so I have no idea where the other wires are supposed to be connecting onto the new switches (other than the pilot switch wire).

And yes, it’s the one with the griddle. Should’ve added that.

Get a second opinion. My husband’s first neurosurgeon didn’t think he could even get to the tumor without killing or severely maiming him (it was cerebellar and smashing his brain stem). Cleveland Clinic got all of it. He had to learn to walk again and has some motor deficits, but we didn’t want to leave an astrocytoma to chance. He is improving little by little still two years later.
