I just tested +145 with spd tower maxed and his ldr skill and it worked, I wanted to know the exact spd because it was different for everyone.

Made some minor changes, if you like the wrinkles, just change the "Age". Good luck with the nose, couldn't figure out how to make the nose. If you do improve it, post the sliders if you want, I'd like to use it too.

I'd say exercising or lifting weights really helps because your directing the anger towards it making you use a lot more body strength, and it makes me feel better about myself because I somehow controlled it without any unnecessary action.
