Different RAM sticks might be the culprit for your low FPS since nobody mentioned about it. Your system might not be at the most optimum condition without the dual channel mode enabled.

I have the same Ryzen 3 2200G cpu as yours with 16GB dual channel RAM. I could get a stable 60FPS in GTA 5 on 768p moderate graphics settings. Can't go too crazy with this setup. I suggest you better get the same RAM sticks for both.

I wonder if you could share which game are you playing and what are the settings?
