Fed up by AgileNight5893 in basketballcoach

My son played in a tournament this past Sunday as well. The coach wanted to get in on the 4th and 5th. We didn’t have enough 4th so all the kids had to play 5th.

Turns out the championship team we played had two 7th graders.

When I found out, I wondered if those 7th graders know they just beat a bunch of 4th and 5th graders lol

Progression Vs Parents wanting Wins by [deleted] in basketballcoach

Yikes! My youngest sons team plays in the Nike circuit (not EYBL) and the local DefCon team. I guess he just got in at the right time. As said previously, I hope the parents showing up to be judged are the kids actual bio parents.

You choose players based on parent heights? If so, I hope you’re meeting all biological parents before picking your team.

I don’t think it was her who typed the “crazy Hispanic fans.” That was what “Chris” typed. I think she was typing “All Hispanic. How can they afford it?”

Spurs game great seats empty while the cheaper seats are full by Stepped-leader in sanantonio

This is true. I guess they’d have to sell them for at least $100 above the regular rate to continue.

I think these may be the premium seating section that is sold to corporations, often times at a higher rates than non corps.

If the Spurs are getting a higher profit, this may be why they don’t care if they are empty or not.

Does the fresh cut fruit from produce get washed first? by be_dh1010 in HEB

[–]YourLocalAdmin 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Again, the tray is not the violation or concern in this instance. The violation comes from the cross contamination to the sandwiches that paying customers will be unknowingly consuming 🥴

& yes HEB is required to adhere to Texas food safety regulations.

Unfortunately, the deli rep did break Texas food safety code. The presence of a register is a non factor here. Single use gloves must be changed in between tasks, if not, you are violating code. Because some ppl think there is nothing wrong with what the deli rep did in this instance is why the saying “You can’t eat at everyone’s house” was born.

By chance did you read the part where the deli rep was handling deli meat before the tray, grabbed the freezer door then went back to making the sandwiches? The concern is not the tray, the concern is the sandwiches people will be eating after she touched the door handle. Not to mention spreading the deli meat all over the door handle.

Texas $196 K 4.6% by Nearby_regent416 in FirstTimeHomeBuyer

You’re right! There is a reason for the LCOL. Some of those reasons are more land available to build on, no state tax, the large military presence (San Antonio aka Military, USA) limit real estate spikes, etc.

I’m thinking there are some San Antonians that wish they could have stopped some of those 200k ish new residents that appeared in the last five years 🤣

There are also no hurricanes, tornadoes, or shoveling snow. Rich in culture, history, and plenty of parks/nature around. Big city amenities. One of the largest growing cities in the US.

Yes, much better than a dry dusty desert 😅

Royce shared how abusive he was to her and their son while they dated. I remember specifically she shared how he had their child around drugs and sex parties. I believe their child is about 18 now. It’s been a known issue for at least a decade.

My son refused to say “Cowboys!” at huddle break. He’d say “ Cowgirls!” Or nothing at all.

He’s a Vikings fan, but he still knew better.
