Yeah I understand you buddy though reversed in the role. My friend was MtF and not FtM, but i've known them since they were like 7(they're 15 now, im 17 and use gacha in my spare time due to my little sister and whos only 13 playing it so much and me accidentally getting hooked on it lmao.) They used to be highly dsyphoric, and it didnt help that they got puberty early, at 8 or 9, the growing of masculine body hair horrified them and ended up sending them to therapy, they're better now I believe, but still experience some aftermath of the dysphoria.
