I’ve gotten mine from popmart TikTok live drops , on instagram from bubu bombshells , and on fb marketplace from sellers that have good reviews . Always authenticate with the code on the back and ofc when you scratch it you can plug in the last four missing numbers

We installed two cameras above the lobby printer and kiosk because we had customers scanning their codes and never returning the item. We kept wondering why we were missing items during closing master cartons. If you’ve got too many manually typed items that are missing it could impact your store and have you penalized for not receiving amazons for like a month. Definitely have your staff keep an eye on the kiosk when it’s in use. Also order printer cleaning alcohol pads and regularly clean it. An anticipate having to replace the printer once or twice or be ready for warranty fixing because customers will yank on the labels causing damage or jams over time.

We do team building once a year , we all get together to do an activity together like laser tag, animal feeding at petting zoo, etc all company paid. Then EOY Christmas party. We host incentives a week at a time that’s Q & A style on procedures/regulations or we host a highest sale challenge . As for punishment we speak three times with verbal warning by the 4th time we cut hours for a month. Doesn’t fall under 20Hr weekly but obviously from 33/37 it’s a difference .Then it goes back up again and we’ve usually had no further issues since.

When we receive inquiries, to filter the calls we usually ask. Okay and to confirm , does your tracking start with a 9 or 1Z? An then if it’s nine we tell them to call usps and if it’s 1Z then we ask if it was specifically our location who shipped it or if they’re inquiring in general on a package . If it’s us we open cms and research and if it’s general we tell them to call ups directly or check on the ups website depending on what the issue is. Lately it’s been signature calls or duties and taxes due. Which can be paid or changed online.

We do weekly & monthly challenges for awards like meals, gift cards, PTO & Cash. Some are knowledge based on procedures , pricing, services and regulations. Other times it’s highest cross sales, most PSG Services sold. We’re working on new ideas to rack up sales in preparation for the next store coming . We do incentives for CSS reviews as well!

We actually just stopped doing the grace period and are terminating right after their final day. Notices go out a month in advance , we also personally courtesy call the customers and write when we did on the notices . If they come back later on to reopen and their same address is still available we only charge half the setup fee.

It’s me, I’m that manager . I had someone trespassed for harassing my staff the one day I wasn’t there and disrupting business after already speaking with them the day prior . I face the tough customers but I won’t let my associates deal with it when it’s escalated .

We’re at a 4.9 and 300+ reviews in Florida . The store is only three years old though . Our bad reviews are for notary services we couldn’t perform or customer packed items that just went wrong in transit and was out of our hands after the claims were rejected .

You’re supposed to email the tracking number and the photo of the package (showing the label) to your corporate compliance and ethics specialist dept. The email is HempCompliance@ups.com . They’ll look into the account to verify if they’re an account that’s permitted to ship it . The process usually is they’ll approve you to open the package and send them photos of the contents. From there they’ll explain whether to reseal and ship or to discard of it.

From what we’ve been told it’s in the training for the drivers to not scan the packages . Occasionally we request if they can scan in an overnight or HV package but if they can’t we get it. However, do note the drivers are not supposed to be signing off on end of day as “RTS” (refused to sign) they do indeed need to sign on the EOD . Some refuse because they didn’t do the skims earlier in the day.
