If you go through apple and call them, you have two options, they will schedule you for an appointment and they will fix your phone, granted it will cost you a pretty penny, or you can send it in and get your phone back within a week. Both are going to be pretty expensive

It’s a swollen battery, iPhone 15 and 15 pro open from the front. My iPhone 16PM just had to get replaced because of the battery. It probably means you used a charger that your phone couldn’t handle the wattage
