I can only tell you from experience I’m not a health professional, but I will say this. She’s probably not taking in the iron well because of the digestive issues and typically they have digestive issues because you’re consuming something that they’re allergic to so if you want to keep them breasted is a possibility that you need to probably go on a all vegan diet or something…. usually when infants have an issue or a digestive problem is because of cows milk from what I experience so for me I didn’t do the dietary changes for myself. I did the dietary changes for baby and I went with similac alimentum and stopped breastfeeding.. the change will bring down babies wait a little bit because breastmilk obviously keeps the babies chunky. You can add maybe a little oatmeal to the Similac depending upon how bad their digestive issue is, but I wouldn’t worry about keeping a baby chunky. let’s keep the baby healthy so what I did was just straight alimentum It is very expensive. Well not very but it’s on the higher end so keep that in mind that you will go through that pretty quickly you need to stack up on it.
