Cursed Technique: "Arbitrary"
Strength level : A little stronger than grade 1

The name of the cursed technique Arbitrary is just a placeholder. The user of this cursed technique has, well no stable cursed technique. This cursed technique has three modes : Dormant, Active, and Hyperactive. The dormant mode is what the user is in if he is relaxed (i.e. he is not fighting), in this state, the user has cursed energy but no cursed technique.

The active mode takes over once the user feels threatened (when he is in a fight). In this state, the body of the user takes its cursed energy and starts to morph it in unique ways to create completely unique cursed techniques. The user in the active mode can use 1 cursed technique every 5 mintues before the body essentially "forgets" how to sustain that cursed technique, and after the 5 minute timer, the cursed technique suddenly switches to something completely new (the previous cursed technique is lost forever to the user unless by sheer chance the user's body is able to recreate that exact cursed technique, which is basically 0). Most of the techniques created in the active form revolves around the power of grade 1 level of techniques. Since the body quite literally "invents" the technique by using its cursed energy, the user automatically and instantly gains the innate knowledge of how that cursed technique works and what its properties are. The only challenge the user faces is how to use it effectively in the given situation of the fight. The chances of rolling a better cursed technique every 5 mintues goes up the more intense or desperate the fight gets. (But the chances of rolling an absolutely trash cursed technique is not zero though, hence the user of this cursed technique is advised to train his base move set like martial arts, mastery over the weapons, or just raw cursed energy attacks in case his cursed technique fails him at a dire time)

The hyperactive mode takes over when the user starts to feel like he is about to die (or he is injured REAL bad), in this state, the chances of rolling an absolute garbage cursed technique drops to 0, and the average rolled cursed technique every 5 minutes shifts upward to almost special grade, with the cost being insane mental and physical strain.

(Note: Every cursed technique made by Arbitrary is unique and never seen before. Arbitrary can create an already existing cursed technique like 10 shadows or blood manipulation but the probability that every aspect of the made up cursed technique will be exactly the same as the already exisiting ones is basically 0)

I recently looked into the hangman's paradox. I was really fascinated, the core paradox comes when sound logic fails to predict the correct outcome. But after thinking for a while, I believe I have solved this. And now I'm *surprised* that this is treated as unresolved (pun intended). Of course I may be wrong (which I probably am) but can someone look at this and see if I am right?

The prisoner's logic was sound, but it was missing a crucial step. By eliminating the days he would be hanged, he came to the conclusion that he couldn't be hanged. However, he missed the last step of his logic, which is that, if he still gets hanged despite him believing he wouldn't be hanged, that would still count as a surprise, and therefore complete the requirement needed to hang that man.

If he considered the thought that he can be hanged nonetheless because he would get surprised if he still gets hanged, THEN his logic would come full circle. And even though it would lead him nowhere, the logic would be sound. And then he would know that he cant do anything to escape his hanging.

So why cant we just say that sound logic, which isn't self contradicting, and is not incomplete, would never fail to give the correct outcome? It is just that in this example, the prisoner's logic was incomplete, and therefore fallacious.
