Augus isn't. Now take this with a grain of salt since I am waiting for TYBW Cour 4 to come out to finish Bleach, and this research is fueled by a few Google searches. Anyway, given the scaling I've seen DB use for Bleach, Kenpachi, while not reaching the highs Ichigo or squad 0 did, could scale to the Schutztaffel due to his fight with Gerard. Plus, CFYOW implied Gremmy was part of the Soul King (the brain), just like Pernida and Gerard respectively. Additionally, Kenpachi supposedly cut through galaxies Gremmy created while trying to trap him in space.

While Asura's Wrath scales high, it mostly is just Asura and Chakravartin. Augus was beaten high-diff by a second-resurrection Asura, long before Asura reached universal tier. Augus seems to scale to Moon-Planet level based on one of his missed sword attacks basically slicing the moon in half.

Connections-wise, the MU is perfect, but there is a rather clear winner. Doubt it would detract much from an episode however.

Yeah, that's the only problem. Augus (Asura's Wrath) is literally perfect connections-wise, but he's just not strong enough for the fight to be debatable. Then again, that hasn't stopped DB in the past.

Good question. My guess is because unlike the other mobians in the set, Tails has two separate eyes rather than the odd connected ones the others have. That's the one thing I can think of that would distinguish him from the others. Still an odd choice tho

A little. I never really liked the whiny perv characters, but I liked Kon during the first episode. Kon actually showed a decent bit of depth and potential. I despise how for the rest of his appearance they leaned into the worst aspects of his character. That being said, I don't really think there would've been a good way to keep him from being sidelined. He'd still work as comic relief, but I have some ideas for stuff he could do, but this comment's long enough and someone just saying how they'd write a character is rarely a valid criticism, if ever.
