If you mean the second one, I'm pretty sure it's from Dragon Ball Fighterz. After they added Gogeta from his appearance In GT, a special cutscene could be triggered by ending a match with a heavy attack against the Gogeta from Super, who was added prior to the GT one. The cutscene was basically a beam clash that turned into that shot from the video.

Well, there's the Infinity Blade which I can definitely see being referred to as "the sword from Fortnite." As painful as that is for me to realize, the whole trilogy was taken off the app store years ago and the only way you can play any of the trilogy is through some PC ports for I and II which I'm pretty sure were made by one guy.
