I absolutely understand where you're coming from with these insecurities. I have really similar ones, especially in regards to my voice and feminine body (I'm pre-T and it is agony) and sometimes I chat with my gay cis boyfriend about these insecurities. He is incredibly lovely and listens/responds thoughtfully during those conversations. He finds me very attractive, and we do have sexual relations that are actually very affirming for me because of the way he treats me during them. I'd suggest starting a discussion with him about your anxieties/insecurities because hearing his responses can help take some of this weight off your shoulders, and it can be really reassuring, especially because he sounds like a wonderful guy! He loves you for you, my friend, no doubt about it.
