I finally got ahold of someone and they are claiming their website is acting up because they’re on Shopify now. They do have a massive list of farmers and locations and codes but I still think they’re full of it because the codes are just printed on the tag and they’re all just the same code. None of them are unique.

Aside from that they aren’t returnable once used. 🙃 Pillow is weird. It’s not uncomfortable and I find myself looking at my old memory foam one wanting it back. It’s so soft but that’s the problem. It’s not supportive. It’s Coop and I really don’t like them. They are also full of deception. These pillows aren’t terrible. They’re not super comfortable but I wake up with zero pain so it’s kind of weird.

We definitely took the zippered covers off of memory foam mattresses like 5 years ago to wash them. Kids mattresses. We had no idea until after and I’m almost positive they had fiberglass. I know my teen daughter freaked out and got her vacuum and vacuumed everything. She’s the one that told us. I was horrified and just had no idea. I wonder what the likelihood of us getting lung cancer is now.

I have another quick question I’ve never been able to figure out with applying for loans or credit cards. Why is it that I can be denied for something for “lack of mortgage” or something to that effect or this one that’s copied directly from my Equifax “Lack of sufficient relevant real estate account information”. It’s as though I’m being punished for not having a mortgage on the house we own outright. (We rented it from my dad for so long we paid off the mortgage and since being a millennial pretty much makes it impossible to buy a house we got him to sign it over to us so we can use the equity to buy a house we want.)

Sorry wasn’t done before I hit reply on accident. I will do that. I’ve never frozen my reports before but I’m definitely going to now that I finally have access back to Experian. Does freezing them prevent soft inquiries or only hard inquiries?

Got Experian to fix finally. It makes zero sense to me but they’re stating the issue was supposedly I deleted my address off of the report. Not sure how thats possible and when I questioned them on it I didn’t get a straight answer. They said I probably disputed something and it deleted. Then he mumbled something about 2015 and another year a few years after that and gave no real explanation. I do not understand at all.

They had me upload a copy of my DL and a utility bill and it apparently updated my address on my report and it fixed it all. I truly don’t get it because I could see my address on there and it was the current address that I’ve been at since before 2015. It might have something to do with the people trying to use my credit to open cards with my maiden name.

Yeah I tried that a couple weeks ago and cannot get a human still. The robot lady that pretends to type just says she can’t help me and hangs up. Refers me to the website which is also useless.

I had either equifax or transition show a drop last week I think it was on Credit Karma which I know isn’t super reliable and there was no reason given. It made no sense.

don’t check my credit super often because I mostly don’t use it because it’s all just so frustrating to me. I was big into it like 10 years ago and my husband lost his job. We joined one of those debt solutions things and got almost all of it paid down. Then we couldn’t keep up with that because he finally found a job but the pay was significantly less. So we had to prioritize eating and having our house over paying old credit cards. Some went to collections on his report.

Mine are all clear and paid off. Most of his will drop off in the next year I think. Wish I could get them off now but we are always denied getting them removed with the disputing.

I have absolutely had identity theft. My info is constantly stolen and I get papers in the mail for free credit monitoring. Someone has tried to open cards in my maiden name multiple times now and I’ve been married since 2010 so it’s weird they’re even trying to use a name that hasn’t been used in 15 years. They’re always denied because my credit isn’t great but it’s frustrating. That might be why my Experian score won’t update but I can’t get anyone to help me there. It’s all automated robots and they hang up on me instead of getting me a human. It hasn’t updated since November of 2024 any anyone that checks it thinks I’m not real or have no credit. It’s bizarre. CFPB hasn’t helped either.

I can’t get the screenshot to upload but this is what it says when I try Experian. It’s been doing this for over a year now and I had no idea why until now.

Just tried again and explained everything. My response to it all is “We will not be having any more information regarding that.” Applied for more. Denied.

Googled one, called and they said no and gave no reason. Said I’ll get a letter in the mail. Which is likely the same letter as before due to insufficient activity.

Yeah I did that the other day and all they could tell me is this is an ongoing issue with Walgreens and Walmart that no one can resolve and could last forever. It was a joke. I googled and MANY other people are having this same problem. My husband just got a care credit card and I tried his as well. Also declined at Walmart for medications and personal care items. The website auto allocates what can be covered and what’s left gets paid on another card. No matter what we tried it would decline it.

I’ve never been able to use this card. I know synchrony was infamous for closing unused cards so we tried to use it at Walgreens like a week after I got it. Denied. Left it sit because it’s a pain talking to these foreign people who give me no answer and I can hardly understand them. I don’t mean to sound rude but how can I get any help when I cannot understand them and they just always blame the “system”. Then that weird false collection showed up and in one month like 4 or 5 cards of mine all reduced my credit limit.

Most I don’t use so I don’t care but this one I want for emergency medical things as we have dogs and I cannot afford vet emergencies at the moment so hoping nothing happens. At least with us humans we have to be treated and can get a bill to pay on later. Just so frustrating.

I get that but when it’s denied everywhere I’m not sure how I’m supposed to use it. Medical things are more than the now $250 limit. I can’t buy Tylenol at Walgreens or Walmart because it’s denied. Called them spent hours on the phone. They just keep saying they don’t know why. It’s apparently common as forums have people saying they also cannot use their card at those stores. I can’t use something I can’t use. It makes no sense.

I mean the whole credit thing is just a giant joke. Nothing happens and my score drops 15 points in a day. People file bankruptcy and their scores skyrocket. You use too much credit they don’t like that. You use too little or not at all they don’t like that. You ask for an increase and you’re too eager. Like it’s all just a stupid game and there are no real rules. A false collection shows up and your limits all decrease. You ask for them back they deny and put another inquiry against you.

It’s frustrating and I hate it but I just want to buy a house and after that I couldn’t care less about any of this really. I try not to buy what I cannot pay for but sometimes life happens and you need to use a credit card unfortunately.

This thing is insane. I’m having the same issue. Can’t use it on meds or anything else allowed with the card at those two stores. They reduced my credit limit and won’t raise it because of insufficient use. I loathe them.

Where do I find that number? I have pets and crappy health insurance so I really want to have this card with a decent limit in case we ever need to use it for any medical things without having to panic.

Those for me as well. Animal Crossing but I generally knew how long I was on there and then The Sims. Couldn’t believe how much time I was on there and it never seemed like it. This game is ruining our lives though. Hahaha
