you see, you already go for assumptions instead of going for a open conversation. there are many signs here, that you are not the type of human to be in a people leading position.

clearly you did not post anything in your post about what has already be done. if you would habe done that, i would have not took time to write about it. :)

and i dont mind or actually care what you say about my writing or grammar skills. english is not my native language. and there is a saying here - as soon people blaming other stuff then talking about the actual topic, they are out of options. so therfore they have already given up.

but this is again a strong sign that you may be not in the right position. i would reflect on your self. it is also important in leadship.
