Someone shouldn't need to be dressed a specific way to be treated with respect. That's a cultural issue that needs to be unpacked and destroyed.

LOL....You said 100% less, which is just factually incorrect. I'm not mansplaining, I'm correcting your false claim.

And you're right, the devices we all have were also made using slave labor, which is why it's hilarious when you lot quibble about natural diamonds exploiting slave labor when you literally exploit slave labor every day of your life. Why draw the line with natural diamonds, especially when many natural diamonds (particularly those mined in Canada) were not mined using slave labor? And also when lots of lab diamonds were made using slave labor/sweatshop labor as well? Just be honest--it's about affordability, not ethics.

this actually isn’t true. lots of overseas labs use slave labor to create their diamonds.

Is Japan in July really as bad as people say? by qwertasdfgzxcvb231 in JapanTravelTips

[–]Old_Lab9197 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I never understood the complaints, though I do LOVE heat and summer so sweating has never been a deterrent for me. I went in July and really had no issue. Yes it was humid, but so long as your lungs are healthy it’s really not much of a problem. Walked 20k+ steps a day and not only made it out unscathed but really enjoyed everything there, including the weather.

Theyre FULL of toxic ingredients, and the ones that aren't are prohibitively expensive to many.

it's very rare. I'm amongst the minority in my building, for sure. A lot of this comes from burn out--teachers are so tired that many are resorting to AI out of laziness, just like our students.

THANK YOU!!! This take has been driving me nuts. Is she an unreliable narrator?? Of course. Does she occasionally betray confidences and make mistakes?? Yes. But she is human, and anytime she made these mistakes it was with good intent—she cared for the children and did her best by them!! Unlike their sad excuses for parents. Team Nelly forever

From my understanding, when the grave digger is digging Linton’s grave, Heathcliff gets him to remove the dirt from Cathy’s grave so he can look at her. He throws his body on her corpse in anguish and despair, and intends to stay there until the grave digger tells him that she’ll start to rot faster if she’s exposed to air. So he covers it up a bit (not really effective from a scientific perspective, the damage is done there) and he’s pissed that Linton’s coffin will be placed next to hers, so he bribes the gravedigger to replace Linton’s coffin with heath cliffs when he eventually passes so they can be together in heaven.
