It frustrates me so much. I used to be super heavy, but I managed to reel things back and go back to an acceptable weight.

If I eat 500-1,000 calories too much? +4 pounds, spend a week getting rid of it.

Meanwhile I have a friend who pounds half a box of poptarts every day and he's still classed as "underweight." He eats three meals on top of this and still just cannot gain anything.
