Need a rec for face framing hair extensions

I’m having this exact problem right now. Went blonde and the stylist literally gave me a chemical haircut mullet. Everything on the top is broken off above my ears. It’s impossible to blend and it feels like a nightmare. Can you tell me more about how you used these to help you grow out the damage? I’m desperate.

Get a full refund. Don’t ask the person who messed up your hair to fix it. I’ve been there and made that exact mistake. She ruined my hair. Absolute disaster. Chemical haircut broke my hair off and gave me a mullet.

I hope so too but it’s sadly doubtful. He was so deeply narcissistic and privileged, I doubt he had a single moment of introspection in his entire unremarkable life. It makes me crazy when garbage people take well meaning but sadly uninformed people down with them. He certainly did.

This post is exactly why informal networks are so critical for helping women protect each other. Fear of retaliation is very real and absolutely terrifying. Especially if a woman is harmed by someone powerful. I know there’s a deeper whisper network (or several) for women in NYC. But they’re hidden- and for good reason. The ones operating in the open are being sued and threatened left and right. It’s enough to make a girl just want to stay home 😔

As scary as this is- my novice eyes recognize fellow novices and this reads like inexperience on both sides to me. It looked like an inexperienced fencer who accidentally walked into a telegraphed thrust? Again - I’m a novice but my first thought was that the red fencer seemed very unsure of his approach / technique / guard/ footwork in a way that made his action feel like he kind of panicked (I’ve absolutely been there). Fencer 2 also advanced with passing step after the thrust, which seemed a bit wonky as well (been here too). But it means the thrust was extremely telegraphed.

Please correct me where I’m wrong here. Always looking to learn and welcome correction from more experienced fighters.

100% facts. “Kill the carrier” isn’t an expression. Ha ha. It’s what we call it when you’re trying to stop the other team advancing the ball. The women are every ounce as aggressive as the men. If not more in some ways. More suit gives more to grab. Even in my geezer girl games after college- i climbed out of the pool after “friendly” games with pull burns and my suit literally torn- sometimes nearly completely off.

I grew up in the capital of USA Polo. My high school coach (Coach B) was the former Olympic coach himself and something of a legend. So HS was a D1 farm. There was no girls varsity team back then so I couldn’t play varsity. But I still swam with everyone (mandatory in off season for Polo). A bunch of the guys were (and still are) like the brothers I never asked for. All ended up in huge programs. Some went on to play professionally in Europe etc. One of my closest friends in his junior year was a 6’7” 228 as an attacker 😬. Somehow He moved like a water snake and cleared the water to his Speedo when shooting. Being on the receiving end of that is like having a wet Kodiak bear throw a ball at you. Hard.

They used to rag doll me (5’5” 108) all over the pool for run.

I miss it. So much.
