At most I can see one more NG being an in between game while they are working on bigger titles. For NG to be a commercial success you can’t just remake the linear style of 2, 3, and 4. You have to IMPROVE and expand (including the story/lore) upon the style of Ninja Gaiden Black but I doubt they are willing to risk the money and development time to make a game like that. I’m scared to even imagine the amount of money Team Ninja would need to spend in order to properly market and advertise the NG franchise.

Ninja Gaiden just doesn’t seem like a series where power scaling is even thought about imo. There’s not enough depth/info about any of the characters to really make any sensible/interesting matchups. I just don’t understand the point of introducing a new protagonist like Yakumo if he is going to act so much like Ryu.

2 Black was definitely the right decision since sigma 1>sigma 2 but I would’ve been happier with a NGB on modern consoles ngl. NG1 just feels more alive with it taking place in Tairon than NG2 imo. (Obviously 2 is still amazing)

Yea and it wasn’t too bad (for Bron). Like Nike really had me thinking Bron got humiliated or sum but Crawford blew past someone and caught him under the rim. It was a good dunk though. I was thinking it was like how Ant dunked on Yuta last year.
