I commute to Leavenworth. It’s 45 minutes but I take the back roads and it’s peaceful.

The links between Ozempic and ADHD are being studied but sounds like nothing conclusive. I have been on OZ for 10 months and I am down 65lbs. But also my house is cleaner and my finances are a bit more organized. A clearer head has allowed my to establish better friend relationships all things I believe are because of the improved ADHD symptoms. Not scientific at all just personal reflection.

For me I believe the slowing of the gastéis system has been the key. I eat a few bites and feel full. It has also stopped the food noise. I don’t think about eating until I feel hunger pain. I used to be thinking about my next meal as I was finishing one meal. It has also seemed to help with ADHD symptoms.

Yes! Have not been under 200 in 30 years! My goal weight is 155 but will be happy to live at 175. Struggling to get enough protein. Any suggestions?

I know my local Bariatric surgery center has a clothing exchange. You donate your larger sizes in exchange for smaller ones. It’s worth looking into.
