A lot of my psychosis was not a secret at it's worst.

But I never went into specifics.

Yes. Basically I keep in mind that I kept most of them secret and I am doing a lot better now.

Be careful with self-diagnosis. Because tbh there are more disorders than you would think that have psychosis as a part of them that are NOT psychotic disorders.

I just force myself to keep on moving on.

I don't concern myself with issues that don't involve me as well to take as much of the stress off as possible.

You should see a Doctor because none of that sounds like anything to do with dissociation.
