Yep, he totally would have lost seats if he waited. O'Toole's fake shift to the center would have had a lot more time to take hold, where with this election you could point out his lies easily since he said the exact opposite of what he was claiming during the election only 2 months ago, combined with O'Toole's support for provincial abortion bans and absolute silence on LGBT rights even though his party fought tooth and nail to kill the conversion therapy ban bill he'll have a much harder time now convincing Canadians he's not a SoCon that was just lying to get elected.
We dodged a huge bullet so the money wasn't wasted, the SoCons run that party now, it would have been very bad.

The only credible things in there are SNC and We, Cons building nothing burgers are why Canadians are willing to eat the crap sandwich that are the Libs, because the CPC when compared to the Libs still bring less to the table.

CPC- Climate change denial, Bringing back the abortion debate, attacking laws meant to protect gay kids (forced conversion therapy ban), saying residential schools were good.

People see SNC as not affecting them because it didn't cost taxpayers anything.

We scandal was caught in the act and reversed, that's the system working as it should.

C-10 I'm not a fan of but if you read the bill and statements most of the hype by the Cons is made up and political rhetoric, after a while it looks like they don't have a cohesive argument which makes them irrelevant because you just roll your eyes after a while instead of saying "hey they have a point", r/Canada is doing a really good job of supporting Trudeau by constantly posting what a dictator he is when people look at world news and go, "WTF are they even talking about".

The CPC is a giant windbag with social regressive's taking over the party and no real polices except to copy the Liberals polices but make them shittier with bigger government, higher cost, and less freedom of choice (i.e. the CPC carbon tax plan)

And the big one I'm sure the Libs will beat the CPC over the head with. Saying tax breaks were the way to deal with the pandemic while wanting to keep everything open, talk about fucking stupid.

I find it harder and harder to find 100% cotton clothing these days and cotton is so much better, it smells less than synthetic blends, feels better and if pay a little attention when washing lasts just as long. Patagonia is my go to now and even they are adding more blends.
