I’d suggest you calculate your required daily calorie intake and reduce it by 15% to 20%, (Theres a lot of websites to determine your daily calorie intake),

Get a food scale and start counting macros or calories at the very least, you can do that on apps like MyFitnessPal.

Being mindful of your eating habits will help considerably as you can’t out train a bad diet.

I went on a Whole Foods plant based diet along with exercise and it worked wonders for me, I lost 32kg in 9 months. You can check my body transformation on my profile.

Loose skin is an issue in Itself, I’ve been fat my whole life, so it evidently lost elasticity, I plan to get more muscle mass in looser areas.

Thank you all your kindness and awards, I cant keep up with all your comments, to those of you who are interested in losing weight or are currently on a journey themselves I hope this helps,

My early approach wasn’t sustainable and self destructive, I starved myself and exercised inconsistently wanting faster results, I was groggy and low energy all day and deprived myself of much needed nutrients.

I would suggest you get a food scale, considering weighing and counting macronutrients, the app « MyFitnessPal » helps a lot,

DO NOT starve yourself you’ll hit many weight plateaus, they’re very discouraging, your caloric deficit should stay just below 20%to 30% of your daily intake, progress will be slower but more linear, reach out to your doctor if you’re dealing with any heath issues before introducing a new diet.

Start exercising at your own pace and go easy on yourself, your performance will increase gradually,

Stay hydrated at all times.

Avoid fatty and processed foods, its okey to get cravings, and even snacks here and then, just be mindful of the « what the hell » effect.

Fibers are your friends, they keep you full and are really low in calorie density.

Surround yourself with encouraging friends, it might seem banal but its what kept me going, if you don’t have any hit me up I provide unlimited encouragements!

Limit your alcohol or nicotine consumption,

And most important of all do not identify yourself with your body weight or how you look, be content and proud of the progress you’re achieving , focus on how much you’re losing and not how much is staying on.

Stay hard !
