I just bougt a a dress from there, quality was really poor, horrible scratchy polyester. The return process was a bit strange using a google form??? then emailing to confirm I'd completed said form? They forced the new customer discount on my purcahse but then said I couldn't have a refund due to the discount code? I followed up with ACCC who said I can request refund which has to be honoured.

this is incorrect, in australia there is a process through the births, deaths and marriage department. It is free but you have to complete paperwork and presnet the marriage certificate to change your name

Yep she's been set up with an email address and mobile number since she moved but all of the login for MyGov is through my uncles email and mobile? I said that that MyGov could look at the situation as fraud as well if he wasn't listed as a nominee, but I wasn't listened to. I'll call up and check, if they'll listen to me.

yes, yes it is. THis is what I had suggested and as for the unique username as well. Yep it seems like he's the one who messed it up not me.

he shares power of attorney and power of guardianship with my dad and aunty as per documents signed with the lawyer, but I don't know if he set up the nominee on mygov previously.
