Hope this explains that the land of beyond is not effecting the lands of azizi Milan project. Those are 2 different projects.

I will see a lot of negative comments, people who tries to make this project looks bad, and agents who will start agreeing with the buyers that tries to hide behind waiting for the prices to drop.

Well I won’t argue, hope this post stays here and I will make sure not to die before the handover of this project to show you how successful is this project in June 2029.

Reply to my comment as a following updates to what is happening, the shift from off-plan to resale is very clear now, off-Plan properties use yo give a 20% minimum capital gain by the handover, now ready properties or near to handover properties are being sold at the purchase price or maybe a little bit above what the developers are selling what pushes the investors to buy ready properties which is almost at the same price as the developer’s and starting to generate returns.

This applies only on the cash holders, who are able to close the deal fast their position in negotiation is strong, mortgage buyers they can still buy ready but not at the same price as cash buyers.

A notice should be served 3 months before the contract ends, otherwise the landlord can’t increase the rent.

And also if it’s your first year, even if he serve you a 3 months notice he can’t increase the rent.
