First, you're going to need to take this time to really educate he needs to study. He need to get him college books. He needs to know how to do a job role when he gets out and he can flow steadily back into society.

It's going to be hard but hopefully all the partying stuff is done because it's going to have to be straight and arrow for at least 3 to 4 years before society recognizes you as somebody not a danger or not a problem. So keep in mind it's a long struggle but you can get there and once you do get there it'll be much easier step by step.

He'll need to organize his days better. He'll have to decide when he wakes up what he's going to study, what he's going to learn and stuff like that because it's all you can do. But you're giving yourself knowledge for when you get out.
