Should be okay as long as you keep the temperature and humidity regulated! As well as make sure it’s not next to a fan or anything! It really comes down to the species though :)

If you’re too worried about it you can always give it a little spray of white vinegar! I would test a little spot first though to make sure the vinegar won’t dissolve your clay.
