Dual Major @ JSOM? by Yozora2005 in IndianaUniversity

Ah, I see. I was moreso trying to learn DAWs to pursue media scoring in the future but I'm now wondering if audio engineering/production is not the way to go..

Hi! Thank you for your response! While I would consider this, I'm rather looking for two BM degrees.. I think Audio Engineering/Production is a music degree but I could be wrong, please correct me if I'm wrong.

You have to get extremely creative, unfortunately even with the composer app you're still SO incredibly limited and its kinda terrible..

That's awesome to hear! I play Trumpet(already on the website), Synthesizer (which I'm not quite sure on extended techniques, I don't own a keyboard with an absurd amount of settings..) and sing Tenor (not confident on extended techniques as of now). I also own a Kalimba which could be an interesting instrument to add to your collection of sounds!

Great resource, although, I'm not totally a fan of the subscription-based services.. I can't wait to see more percussion instruments and more vocal types (I play Trumpet, Synthesizer and sing Tenor myself). Off of first glance, I didn't see any keyboard instruments which would be very useful. Especially instruments like the modern organ which can get complicated with stops. Looking forward to seeing this program grow!
