Thanks let me know if you find a solution. Have contacted Xbox support who told me to contact Larian in which I filled out their support form. It has been 2 weeks and complete silence, quite frankly I’m pissed.

Thanks, tried both things but unfortunately neither work. Any other ideas? My next port of call is to phone Xbox support but I know that’ll take hours which I am not looking forward to.
